Aijaz Aslam is a superb actor known for his athletic figure and athleticism. He is a health-conscious individual, and a healthy routine has maintained him youthful and fit.

Recently, the actor was called to the morning show ‘Good Morning Pakistan,’ where he disclosed his daily routine, lifestyle, and diet plan in detail.

Speaking about his routine, he said, “In the morning, I drink four glasses of lukewarm water on an empty stomach, with honey, lemon, and olive oil.”

It quickly cleanses your digestive tract and prepares you for the rest of the day; before working out, I have one date, one apple, and a handful of almonds.

I get my beneficial fats and carbohydrates from almonds, and I also drink two cubes of dark chocolate and a cup of black coffee before working out.

Then, I perform 35 to 45 minutes of aerobic exercise followed by 35 to 40 minutes of weight training. I begin this regimen much earlier than my shoot; after working out, I consume two cooked eggs.

I alternate between Oatmeal smoothies and tiny paratha or Bassin ki roti (chickpea flour tortilla bread), and if I do eat a cheat meal, I balance it with intermittent fasting.

At 4:00 p.m., I eat seasonal fresh fruits, and in the evening, I have a salad with a typical supper. After that, I don’t eat at all, and that is my way of life.”
