According to the sources, the comedian’s controversial remark about the late movie actor Paul Walker in 2015 prompted uproar.

Walker was one of the film’s key performers, portraying Brian O’Conner from 2001 until his death in a vehicle accident in 2013.

Davidson made light of Walker’s death during his performance at Justin Bieber’s Comedy Central roast two years later.

“Justin was busted for drag racing last year… Sadly, it wasn’t with Paul Walker….. What? He’s doing fantastic! He has a film coming out, “he remarked.

“[Pete] inked the agreement with Kim just a few days ago in London, but there’s already a payback behind the scenes,” a source informed the newspaper.

“The actors and crew are very close and protective of one another. They don’t think it’s appropriate following his slanderous remarks regarding Paul’s death.

“Some would prefer that Pete not appear in the film at all, but at the very least that he publicly apologise.”
