Haroon addressed his previous remark regarding his first movie Verna, “My first picture was large but it didn’t fare well,” in Time Out With Ahsan Khan.

He acknowledged to the host that the movie didn’t do well at the box office, saying, “Yes, Do you have any large-scale projects that underperformed despite their size? It didn’t do well (cross-questioned the host).

Well, it was my first production, and I feel like it didn’t do well in terms of numbers. I feel like people might have stated that I didn’t know acting, and while I would appreciate that, who am I to point the finger at? (slightly sarcastic).

Would it be plausible, in all honesty, to say that Shoaib Mansoor is to blame for its poor performance?

I don’t think so. I believe the movie’s supporting actors had the potential to be excellent. He said, “But its failure didn’t affect me, look at me, I am doing fantastic stuff,” in reference to Verna’s failure.
