The singer and Game of Thrones alumnus paid just $11 million for a waterfront mansion in the Florida coastal city. The 10,000 square foot estate includes a chef’s kitchen, private dock, Jacuzzi, billiard room, pool, jacuzzi, and separate kid’s pool in addition to six bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

We’re suckers for the property, which Carl Gambino of Compass has just put on the market for a little under $17 million.

Joe earlier shared a photo of himself posing with a guitar on an amazing Roche Bobois Mah Jong Sofa to give followers a sneak peek inside the house, which was decorated by interior designer Sarah Ivory. Joe, 33, and Sophie, 26, after all, wanted their home to reflect the Miami lifestyle while including a tropical, ’70s twist.

“One of the reasons I love the Roche Bobois Mah Jong so much is that it’s timeless, chic and incredibly versatile,” Sarah has explained. “We chose this piece for the family room because it’s stylish but relaxed and can be reconfigured to suit different situations and we selected the Missoni fabrics because they are vibrant, happy, and lush to the touch.”
