ISLAMABAD: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Anti-Human Trafficking Circle Islamabad arrested human trafficker Qamar Zaman.
The major operation raid team of FIA Anti-Human Trafficking Circle Islamabad arrested human trafficker Qamar Zaman.
According to FIA, the raiding team took action in connection with the smuggling of 35 Pakistani nationals from China to Hong Kong. The arrested accused had given Chinese business visas to 11 Pakistanis. The accused had received 350,000 per person in the name of visa fees.
Officials said that the accused obtained the said visas on fake supporting documents. The accused was involved in bringing citizens from China to the Hong Kong border with the connivance of other accomplices.
The FIA authorities said that the accused was arrested after the pre-arrest bail was canceled. The request of the accused was canceled by the Special Judge Central Islamabad.
Officials said that more raids are being carried out on the identification of the arrested accused, raids are also being conducted to arrest other accused of the said network, and all resources are being used to arrest other accused.
