Remember your sunblock

Choose a sunscreen that offers up to SPF 30 of “wide range” protection. You will be protected from UVA and UVB rays, which are the main causes of sunburn, by broad-spectrum sunscreens. Dr. Johri advises that you should reapply sunblock at least every two to three hours and even more frequently if you’re swimming or perspiring.
