Fayyaz ul Hassan says Pakistanis shocked on Musharraf case verdict

Punjab Provincial Minister Fayyaz Chohan said there are legal and social aspects of General Musharraf’s decision.

Fayyaz Ul Hassan Chohan addressed outside Punjab Assembly on Wednesday.

Fayyaz Ul Hassan said expressed his views special court decision on former military ruler General Retired Pervez Musharraf.

Although he said decision made under Article 6.

Fayyaz said Cancellation clause in Article 6 added through the 18th Amendment.

However, the entire Pakistani nation shocked that the 2010 law applied to the 2007 Act.

Fayyaz said that everyone surprised that one person judged under treason article.

Fayyaz  said the sacrifices Pakistan armed forces made in past years have not been hidden from anyone.

He said that in the past 12 years, besides the memo gate scandal, there have been several cases where people thought that martial law would take place.

He said the decision not welcomed by Pakistan Armed Forces.

Moreover, he said today people throughout Pakistan people talk in favor of Musharraf.

He also predicted rallies may outburst on roads in support of General Retired in  few days.

Fayyaz said Musharraf’s operation in Saudi Arabia made it safe from terrorists.

Fayyaz ul Hassan Chohan also said General Retired Musharraf had  always given India an unrestrained response.

There are no executions in the case of Model Town, and former SSP Malir Rao Anwar.

In a country where corruption is common, country becomes vulnerable to security concerns.

He also said Economic terrorists are coming out with bail.

He said Economic terrorists, Nawaz Sharif, Shahbaz Sharif, Asif Zardari, Khurshid Shah and others damaged the security of the country.

The courts and institutions are on the verge of unity and consensus in Pakistan.

Fayyaz Ul Hassan further said that this is New Pakistan where FIR filed and arrest raids conducted even against nephew of Prime Minister.
