At least four people were killed and four others sustained injuries in two separate rain related incidents when a house roof collapsed in Jampur and Sukkur.
According to details, a roof of a dilapidated house situated in Dajil, Jampur collapsed due to heavy rain.
The three died on the spot.
The bodies and injured moved to nearby medical facility by the rescue teams.
The incident occurred due to continuous rainfall in the area, the rescue sources said.
In a separate similar incident, a girl lost her life and other four were injured as a roof of a house collapsed in Sukkur’s area of New Pind.
Rescue officials shifted the wounded to nearby Civil Hospital Sukkur.
Earlier, six people including three women and three children killed after roof of the houses collapsed due to heavy snowfall.
As per the details, at least six persons of a family including women and children killed after a roof collapsed due to heavy snow.
The incident occurred in Shahab Zai area of Balochistan province.
The locals and rescue team rushed to the spot and shifted the ill-fated family to a nearby hospital.
On the other hand, incessant rain in parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa turned weather cold.
Heavy downpours lashed Bolan, Bhag Nari, Dhadhar, Bala Nari and suburban areas.
The intermittent rain caused tripping of more than various feeders, plunging portion of the different areas into darkness.
