Liaquat Shahwani, Balochistan’s health department spokesperson, has confirmed the first death from the coronavirus.
The deceased man was a 65-year-old. He was under treatment at the Fatima Jinnah Chest Hospital, said Shahwani.

Coronavirus Cases in Pakistan

The number of confirmed novel coronavirus cases in Pakistan rose to 777 as new cases reported on Sunday from all provinces.
Sindh remains the worst affected province as the total cases rose to 333 . The surge was attributed to 89 new cases in Sukkur on Saturday,
Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar confirmed there are 222 coronavirus cases in the province so far. New coronavirus cases were reported in Punab taking the provincial tally from 137 to 222.

Acoording to te KPK health department, the number of coronavirus cases in the province stands at 31 after 4 new cases were reported.

Chief secretary Balochistan had reported that the number of coronavirus cases in the province had reached 108.

In Gilgit-Baltistan, the total number of confrimed coronavirus cases rose to 71 as new cases were reported in the region.

The number of coronavirus cases in the Islamabad stands at 11 as 1 new cases was reported.
