KARACHI: Pakistan Muslim League (N) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leaders had a meeting today and also spoke to the press conference.

According to the details, PML-N leader and Former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that the Imran Khan-led government should complete five years of its rule so that people could witness the damage they had caused to the country.

The sources said that addressing a joint press conference with MQM (Bahadurabad) leaders in Karachi, he said the sole purpose of the meeting with MQM leaders is to create an environment of harmony and devise ways to deal with the challenges facing the democracy.

Shahid Khaqan thanked to MQM for supporting the truth in parliament.

Speaking on the occasion, MQM leader Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said the meeting with PML-N delegation was held in a cordial environment.

Sources say that the government will not approve the resignation of Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, nor will anyone be replaced by the MQM.
