The novel coronavirus has taken 92 lives in Sindh province, said Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah on Tuesday.

In his video statement Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah confirmed 335 new cases and seven deaths from novel coronavirus in last 24 hours.

CM Murad Ali Shah said that 35 coronavirus patients are in critical situation while 13 patients are on ventilator.

He further said that only Karachi reported 291 new cases while 4112 coronavirus tests conducted across the province within 24 hours.

Coronavirus infection rate has reduced in the province to 8.15 % from 12% mainly due to increased number of tests in the province.

CM Sindh further informed that today 37 new recoveries from coronavirus reported taking the provincial tally of recovered patients to 963.
