Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has on Wednesday launched LDA Insaf Web and Mobile Portals.
Chief Minister Punjab said in his statement that the provincial government has provided facility to people to submit applications online which is very important step to lodge complaints and contact officials. Sardar Usman Buzdar further added that the online facility will enable the Lahore Development Authority to serve people actively. He said citizens will be able to submit online applications through web portals and mobile portals.
Usman Buzdar said Establishment of Insaf Portal by Lahore Development Authority is the most important step for immediate communication with the officers and smooth registration of complaints. The use of modern technology will make it possible to process citizens’ requests in the shortest possible time. The LDA Insaf and Web Portal will be able to actively serve the citizens. An online appointment to visit the LDA office will be available through the portal. In the first phase, various types of applications can be submitted online through the portal.
