Indictment in the Ramazan Sugar Mills case against Pakistan Muslim League N leader Hamza Shahbaz has been postponed after he failed to appear before a Lahore accountability court on Tuesday.
Lahore accountability court has said that PML-N leader Hamza Shahbaz must appear before it on May 12 ‘at all costs’. The court, in a detailed verdict, said that Shahbaz has to be indicted in the Ramazan Sugar Mills case. It said that special arrangements must be made for his appearance.
The opposition leader in the Punjab Assembly and his father are accused of constructing a drain around the Hamza-owned sugar mills using the money from the national treasury. However The case have been adjourned till June 5.
