Naanbais increase Naan, Roti price without govt notice

Under the guise of lockdown, naanbais have increased the rates of flour, fine flour.

According to the details, the Naanbai Association in Lahore has announced to increase the price of naan from Rs 10 to Rs 15 from June 10.

According to a statement issued by the Association, the new price of naan will be Rs 15 while the price of roti will be Rs 10. The new prices will be applicable from June 10.

On the other hand, Shafiq Qureshi, central president of Naanbai Association, has given a deadline to the government.

He said that if the government does not reduce the rates of flour, fine and flour, we will increase our rates from June 10. The government should cooperate with the bakers and immediately reduce the rates, the mill owners increase the self-made rates.
