Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has come out openly against the 18th Amendment and NFC Award.

PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari while addressing a press conference at the Chief Minister’s House has condemned the attacks on Rangers.

He said that since the outbreak, every controversial issue was being raised, it was hoped that there would be a health package for each province from the federation, but other provinces including Punjab did not get their full share, 229 billion are being given less to Sindh.

“We thought it would be a pandemic budget, but it looked like Corona is not a problem for Pakistan. The budget also ignored the locust problem. The federation wants the provincial government to control the locusts by themselves,” he said.

He said it was time to face the historical challenges together, but the PTI budget is not supporting the people, they have kept less money for welfare, working and poor class are the most vulnerable and need help, but the government has not provided relief to the people in the budget. He said that this federal budget has been rejected by all political parties.

Chairman PPP said that in a difficult situation we have increased the salaries and pensions of government employees, I am proud that Sindh supported those working class who are facing difficulties, a large part of the budget has been allocated in the health sector. A stipend fund has also been set up for the unemployed.

Speaking on the Coronavirus, the PPP chairman said, “Since the pandemic reached the country, I have initiated the first step. I have ended the political activities. I have cancelled the anniversary celebrations of Shaheed Bhutto.

Bilawal Bhutto said that he did not talk politics during interviews and press conferences, on the other hand, the Prime Minister and his spokespersons played politics.

He said that the Prime Minister and the Federal Ministers kept criticizing the Chief Minister of Sindh and the doctors over the issue of Coronavirus.

PTI should change its tradition and face serious challenges, as the country’s leadership unites during crises around the world, Bilawal said.

Asked about the strategy of the opposition, Bilawal Bhutto said that if Shahbaz Sharif recovers soon, an all-party conference will be convened, after which a clear statement of the united opposition will come out, a joint statement of the opposition will also come out tomorrow.

He said that if people go out for NFC award, 18th amendment, the government will not be able to tackle them if people go out of their homes for missing persons, targeted killings and economic situation, then the government will not be able to control them, he added.

Replying to a question, Bilawal Bhutto said that the Prime Minister had politicized the issue of Coronavirus while the notification of NFC award was illegal.

Referring to the case of Justice Qazi Faiz Isa, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that in the case of Faiz Isa, the issue of espionage of judges has come to light which is a very serious matter.

Replying to a question, Bilawal Bhutto said that corruption exists in every section of the society of Pakistan, but the government’s campaign is not to eradicate corruption but to achieve another goal.

Criticizing the Prime Minister, Bilawal Bhutto said that Imran Khan has come out openly against the 18th Amendment and the NFC Award, he is also against the 1973 Constitution.

He said that the Prime Minister called the Chief Minister of Sindh a dictator due to the 18th Amendment.
