Chaotic Situation in National Assembly intensified on Thursday after Shazia Soomro of Pakistan Peoples Party tossed her headphones towards Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf’s Murad Saeed who was reading out the Confessional statement of Lyari gang war kingpin Uzair Baloch.
According to details, Federal Minister for Communications and Federal Minister for Postal Services Murad Saeed during the National Assembly session gave a speech on the joint investigation team report related to criminal gang war leader Uzair Baloch.
In its response, Shazia Soomro of Pakistan Peoples Party tossed her headphones towards Murad Saeed.
Later the opposition walked out of the assembly.
While addressing the assembly, Murad Saeed said nobody questioned about so many killing in the JIT report that also mentions extortion, kidnapping for ransom and other crimes.
Murad Saeed read out the confessional statement of Uzair Baloch and said the Lyari gang war kingpin harassed people around Bilawal House and vacated 40 houses. ‘Uzair Baloch used three police officers and a mobile phone in a murder”
Murad Saeed said Uzair Baloch confessed that the looted money was being transferred to the former president of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari and his sister Faryal Talpur. Uzair Baloch confessed to police encounters, kidnapping for ransom, attacks on police stations. Uzair Baloch’s statement states that he led the gang after the death of Rehman Dakit in 2008.
Earlier The Sindh government has made public the joint investigation reports (JITs) of Lyari gang war leader Uzair Baloch, Baldia Factory tragedy and Nisar Morai.
JIT report of Lyari gang war leader Uzair Baloch consists of 36 pages which include the names of dozens of accomplices including Ahkhana, Habib Jan, Habib Hassan, Saif Ali, Noor Mohammad.
According to the report, Uzair Baloch has confessed to killing 198 people. Uzair Baloch killed all the people in the linguistic and gang war conflict while Uzair Baloch deployed 7 SHOs on the basis of influence. Uzair Baloch appointed Iqbal Bhatti as TPO deployed to Lyari and in 2019 Muhammad Raisi was appointed as the administrator of Lyari. The accused is involved in the murder of several policemen and Rangers personnel.
