Islamabad & upper areas to receive rain/wind-thundershowers today
Hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the country...
On Monday, the Pakistan Meteorological Department has forecast heavy rain in different parts of the country.
According to details, a statement issued by the Meteorological Department said that monsoon winds will enter different parts of the country from Wednesday to Friday due to which heavy rains are expected across the country during the next 3 to 4 days.
The statement further revealed that thundershowers are expected in most parts of Islamabad, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Kashmir from Wednesday to Friday.
On the other hand, heavy rains are expected in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha, Abbottabad, Charsadda, Mardan, Peshawar, Nowshera, and Kashmir.
It should be noted that there was an intermittent drizzle in different parts of Karachi last night. The weather became pleasant with drizzle in Saddar, II Chand Regar Road, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Clifton, and Malir.
Super Highway, Surjani, Sohrab Goth, Federal B Area, Khudadad Colony, and Tariq Road, also received light rainfall.
