There’s false news and then there’s Indian media.Pakistan’s army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa ordered an inquiry into the ‘Karachi incident around the arrest of the exiled former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s son-in-law from his hotel room in Karachi. Temporarily, the Indian media did not miss the opportunity to enjoy the unrest in the country and overstress the real situation.
“Taking notice of Karachi incident, the COAS has absorbed Karachi Corps Commander to directly inquire into the conditions to determine the facts and report back as soon as possible,”
Thus, the incident left the provincial government of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) red-faced as the couple was their guest in Karachi where Bilawal and Maryam Nawaz had together addressed a political meeting against the government on Sunday night, as per the report.
Later, at least 13 top-ranking officers of the Sindh Police decided to go on leave to protest the manner in which the force had been “ridiculed” in the incident involving the arrest of Safdar.
In the meantime, our folks across the border seem to be walking on air, in the delusion that Karachi is facing a ‘civil war’ like situation. Among the controversy surrounding the Sindh police, Indian media did not miss the chance to make baseless claims.
Indians are so much stupid that they even don’t know what the situation is exactly just made any news from Pakistan Controversial.
