PML-N Balochistan President and former Federal Minister Lieutenant General (retd) Abdul Qadir Baloch has formally announced his separation from PML-N.
Addressing a meeting in Quetta, Abdul Qadir Baloch said that the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) had decided to part ways with the PML-N after a meeting in Quetta on October 25.
Abdul Qadir Baloch said that the party leadership ignored Balochistan in its decisions and left them like orphans. Nawaz Sharif did not go anywhere in Balochistan except Quetta and Gwadar, while during Nawaz Sharif’s tenure I was given the ministry of FATA which I had no connection with because of which I could not do anything for my people.
He said, “peace has come to Balochistan because of the army, the country is nothing without an army, I can’t stand the disrespect of the army chief.”
Former Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri also addressed the gathering and announced his resignation from the party and his resignation from the PML-N Central Executive Committee.
In his speech, he said that because of Nawaz Sharif’s infidelity, everyone left him. The late Mir Hasil Khan was with us but later he joined the National Party.
He said that backstabbing is in the nature of Nawaz Sharif, he did not leave his benefactors, Zia-ul-Haq’s son also tells stories of Nawaz Sharif’s disloyalty.
Sanaullah Zehri said, “Nawaz Sharif, you have betrayed us, you have tried to disgrace honourable men, leaders are not the ones who become fugitives and sit outside.”
