Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman has declined the invitation to attend the rally on Benazir Bhutto’s death anniversary.

He declined the request despite PPP Co-Chairman and former President Asif Ali Zardari’s call to PDM head Maulana Fazlur Rehman.

As per the details, Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has reached Naudero House to attend the death anniversary of Benazir Bhutto. The Chairman will stay at

Naudero for three days and will address a rally in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh on December 27.

Sources said that a five-member JUI-F delegation will attend the rally in place of Maulana Fazlur Rehman. The JUI-F delegation will participate in the rally as per the order given by PDM.

Sources also said that Maryam Nawaz will hold a meeting with Bilawal at Naudero House and also attend the December 27 rally at Bilawal’s invitation.

“Nation Carries Out Jihad Against Incompetent Ruler”

Maulana Fazlur Rehman earlier said, “The nation today has carried out jihad against the illegitimate, incompetent ruler.”

Addressing a PDM meeting in Mardan, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said, When a Muslims raise his voice for truth, they do not sit still, until victory or martyrdom is achieved.

He said, “Today the whole nation is in crisis and facing illegitimate domination. Allah’s help is with us against these tyrants and dictators. We used to say that it is an incompetent government and ruler. Now they themselves Admitted that they do not have the team to show good governance.”
