The Political fraternity of Pakistan is deeply saddened over the martyrdom of four soldiers in South Waziristan.

According to the details, the Minister for Information and Broadcasting Senator Shibli Faraz expressed deep grief and sorrow over the martyrdom of four soldiers in South Waziristan.

Taking to his official Twitter handle, Shibli Faraz said they are proud sons of this brave nation, who sacrificed their lives for the great cause of defence of the homeland and peace in the country.

The Minister presented salute to the courage and patience of the families of the martyrs. He said we are committed to eliminate the remnants of the terrorists.

President Arif Alvi earlier strongly denounced the attack on security forces’ checkpost at Makeen area of South Waziristan. In a statement, he expressed his grief and sorrow over the martydrom of four Army personnel in the attack. The President also commiserated with the bereaved families.

Meanwhile, Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz leader and former Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique also expressed on the martyrdom of Pakistani soldiers.

In his statement, Khawaja Saad Rafique said that the terrorist attack on a check post in South Waziristan is a shameful cowardly act.

It is pertinent to mention here that four terrorists were killed when they attacked a security forces post at Makeen in South Waziristan on Thursday night.

According to  Pakistan Military media wing Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), during the exchange of fire, four soldiers also embraced shahadat.
