Sheikh Rashid offers Nawaz Sharif ‘travel documents’ to fly back

Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed on Wednesday offered to provide official permission and travel documents within 24 hours to PML-N’s Nawaz Sharif if he ‘wishes’to return Pakistan.

According to the details, Sheikh Rashid during a news conference said that Nawaz Sharif will be provided with travel documents in a single day if he is willing to return back.

Nawaz Sharif himself did not renew his passport, he went to London not to return, ‘said Sheikh Rashid.

He said that Pakistan Democratic Movement PDM has made a very good decision by postponing the long march against the Government.

Sheikh Rashid said that, ‘I already said earlier the PDM Chief Fazlur Rahman will be deceived. For the past six months, the opposition parties in PDM had not left any corner in this country where they did not organize political rally despite coronavirus pandemic.’

Sheikh Rashid said that PDM cannot defeat Prime Minister Imran Khan. He claimed that, Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) itself is divided in two political thoughts.

The Home Minister also said that it has been decided to replace the officers posted abroad for many years. Whereas the officers who have been sitting in the Home Ministry for 18 years will also be replaced.

Sheikh Rashid also said that Kuwait has closed visas for Pakistanis since 2011, however they will be reopened soon.
