KARACHI: Sindh High Court sought a list of corrupt Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) officials in an illegal construction case.
A case was heard in the Sindh High Court regarding the construction of illegal portions in the Liaqatabad and Qasimabad areas of Karachi, BOL News reported on Saturday.
During the hearing, the court rejected the handwritten report of the SBCA officers.
The Sindh High Court sought a list of corrupt officials of the SBCA and asked the concerned officials to state which officers were deployed during the illegal construction in Liaquatabad.

The honourable court also directed that a report on the action against the officers be submitted within 15 days.
The court also directed the SBCA to remove illegal constructions on Plot No. 60 Street No. 4.
During the hearing, the court asked the director to appear before the SBCA Central along with the progress report.
Petitioner Abid Hussain Noor told the court that illegal constructions were taking place in Liaquatabad Qasimabad. The builder is constructing in collaboration with SBCA.
