Rawalpindi: As per Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) report, around four terrorists were killed in an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Balochistan’s Hoshab on Wednesday BOL News reported.
The security forces carried out an intelligence-based operation (IBO) on the terrorists’ safehouses in Hoshab, the military’s media wing reported.
Four terrorists were killed during the exchange of gunfire, the ISPR added. A significant amount of firearms and ammunition were also found in the IBO, according to the statement.
It is important to note that attacks on law enforcement agencies (LEAs) around the nation have increased in recent months as a result of terrorist organizations like Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan, which is illegal.
Previously, Pakistani Army soldiers accepted martyrdom on December 31 while four terrorists were killed during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in the general region of Jani Khel in the Bannu province of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the ISPR, four terrorists were killed during the exchange of fire, while 25-year-old Sepoy Muhammad Waseem chose martyrdom. Security personnel also seized a stash of weapons and ammo from the terrorists.
The statement further stated that the terrorist who was murdered “remained actively committed in terror acts against security forces and death of residents.” The ISPR added that while clearing the location, other terrorists were still being captured nearby.
