KARACHI: The Sindh High Court(SHC) has issued stay-order against the recruitment of doctors in the National Institute of Child Health(NICH).

While issuing an stay-order against the recruitment of doctors in the  NICH, the court  remarked that that the interview and other processes should be continued, but the appointment letters should not be issued.

The dispute between the federal and provincial employees in NICH intensified, the appointment of assistant professors and higher grades by the provincial government was challenged by Dr. Farhana.

The petitioner submitted that  doctors promotion will be affected due to the new appointments made by the provincial government. NICH is not affiliated to Jinnah Sindh Medical University(JSMU).
