LAHORE: Chairman of the People’s Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, has urged the abandonment of outdated and traditional politics as a means of resolving issues.

Speaking to the Lahore High Court Bar on Tuesday, the former foreign minister asserted that relying on conventional politics would not lead the country in a positive direction and emphasized the need for a new path.

Bilawal Bhutto pointed out the diverse aspirations within the country, where one individual aspires to be “Ameer-ul-Momineen” (Leader of the Faithful), while another aims to govern with a “tiger force.”

He criticized the founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) for introducing a politics of hate and division. Bilawal remarked that success should not be measured by sending someone to jail but should be viewed in terms of political achievements.

Addressing economic challenges, the PPP chairman highlighted the failure of the economic team that followed the PTI’s founder in addressing issues like price hikes and inflation.

Bilawal called for collective efforts in the development of the country, emphasizing that it belongs to everyone. He expressed confidence in guiding the country out of difficult circumstances with the help of divine grace.

Additionally, Bilawal advised the youth to be wary of individuals who attempt to deceive them, encouraging them to make informed decisions.
