The Acting Chief Justice said that a speedy trial is the right of every accused. Why do you want the trial not to be completed quickly?

Salman Safdar argued that there is a hearing in the High Court today against the in-camera trial, while lawyer Hamid Khan argued that the second petition is against the indictment.

The acting chief justice said that the indictment, which was challenged, has been terminated by the High Court. The old proceedings will have no effect on the new indictment.

Lawyer Hamid Khan said that the trial is still going on the same charge sheet as before, on which the court said that the High Court terminated the charging process on October 23. What will happen if the order is terminated now? If adjournment is sought, then in both cases, the charge sheet will be the same but the charge framing order is new.

Justice Athar Minallah said that the order is being discussed, which is not before the court.

Lawyer Salman Safdar said that we have some concern in the bail case, after which the court adjourned the case related to charge framing.
