According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), Lahore and certain areas of Punjab are expected to experience partly cloudy and cold conditions during Tuesday evening/night, Wednesday, and Thursday.

The synoptic situation indicates the influence of a westerly wave over the northern regions of Pakistan, which is likely to persist for the next 24 hours.

As a result, most parts of Punjab are anticipated to have cold and dry weather, with freezing conditions in the upper districts on Tuesday evening/night, Wednesday, and Thursday. However, Jhelum, Gujrat, Sialkot, and Narowal may experience partly cloudy weather with the possibility of rain, wind, and thunderstorms on Tuesday evening/night. Additionally, more rain, wind, and thunderstorms, along with snowfall, are expected in Murree, Galyat, and surrounding areas.

On Wednesday and Thursday, these regions may experience partly cloudy weather with light rain, wind, thunderstorms, and snowfall.

The minimum temperature in Lahore is forecasted to range between 11-13°C on Wednesday and 10-12°C on Thursday.

Furthermore, scattered rainfall was reported in certain parts of Punjab in the past 24 hours.

Snowfall (Inches): Murree 0.5

Murree remained the coldest place in the province where the temperature dropped 01 C below freezing. Relative humidity during the morning was recorded at 83 per cent.

In Lahore, minimum temperature was recorded at 14 C. Relative humidity during the morning was recorded at 89 percent.
