The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) forecasts predominantly dry weather in Lahore and the majority of Punjab on Friday evening/night, Saturday, and Sunday. Cold and dry conditions are anticipated in Murree and Galyat over the weekend.

According to the synoptic situation, continental air is dominant over most regions of Pakistan. Under these circumstances, Lahore and the majority of Punjab are expected to experience mainly dry weather on Friday evening/night and the subsequent two days (Weekend). During this period, cold and dry weather is anticipated in Murree, Galyat, and nearby areas.

The minimum temperatures in Lahore are likely to range between 13-15 degrees Celsius on Saturday and 14-16 C on Sunday. In Murree, the minimum temperatures are expected to be between 03-05 degrees Celsius on Saturday and 04-06 C on Sunday.

In the past 24 hours, Lahore and most parts of the province have experienced dry weather. Cold and dry conditions prevailed in Murree, Galyat, and its surroundings during this time.

Murree was the coldest location in the province, with the temperature dropping to 03 C. The relative humidity in the morning was recorded at 39 per cent. In Lahore, the minimum temperature was recorded at 13 C, with the morning’s relative humidity recorded at 61 per cent.
