The Queen Elizabeth II reportedly ignored Prince Harry’s plea for a photo with Lilibet, which left him sad.

By asking for a picture with Lilibet, the daughter of the Duke of Sussex and Meghan Markle, the Duke is said to have offended his grandmother. The late monarch’s response to Harry’s request for a photo with Lilibet was that she “had a bloodshot eye.”

According to a royal expert, she reportedly declined Harry’s request because of concern that it would spark controversy in the future.

The Queen “refused their request” to take pictures with Archie and Lililbet, according to royal authority Camilla Tominey, who reported in the Telegraph that she had a bloodshot eye.

“Harry was ‘persistent’, according to those party to the meeting, expressing a desire to get an official snap of the two together at some point in the future. But of course, it was never to be. She died three months later,” Tominey composed.

When the Duke and Duchess of Sussex took their kids to the late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee festivities, Queen Elizabeth got to meet Lilibet, her namesake and 11th great-grandchild.
