Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, who have been invited to King Charles’ coronation, are said to be in ‘tight negotiations’ with the royal family about attending the historic ceremony in May.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are said to have denied the royal family’s invitation until certain conditions are satisfied.

According to the Daily Record, the couple’s main request is that their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, be included in the festivities.

They’ve also asked to join the elder royals on the balcony when the King is crowned to wave to the audience.

According to reports, Harry and Meghan’s demands have threatened to derail King Charles’ coronation.

They pair, who stepped down as senior working royals in 2020 and relocated to Montecito, have been accused of taking the spotlight from the King’s celebration by requesting to present with working royals.

However, it is widely assumed that King Charles III will never agree to such a request from his son Harry and daughter-in-law Meghan.
