Ayesha Omar, a renowned Pakistani actress known for her beauty and confidence, has graced screens in hit dramas such as “Humsafar,” “Zindagi Gulzar Hai,” and “Bulbulay.” Her success extends to the big screen with popular films like “Karachi Se Lahore,” “Textali Gate,” and “Rehbara.” Recently, Ayesha underwent collarbone surgery and is currently in recovery, seeking the support and prayers of her fans.

During Ramadan transmission, Ayesha opened up about her recent accident and shared insights on mental health. Emphasizing the power of positive thinking, she highlighted how one’s thought process can impact their life and health, urging others to maintain a positive outlook.

Talking about the accident, Ayesha said, “Bulbulay’s shoot was going on when I took off for one day shoot for the brand named Kapray, I was with Azfar Rehman and his driving was driving very fast that too on the highway, when the accident happened I got hit into the back of front seat which fractured my collar bone, it all happened because I wasn’t wearing a seat belt. Now, I always wear seat belt even if someone is driving slow or even if I am sitting at the back of the car”.

Talking about it she said, “everything is connected to your thought process. This is a scientific thing, whatever you think becomes your emotion. For example; I am thinking of my accident, and I am panicked about being treated or shifted safely and not letting anyone coming near me, such thoughts are stressing which affected me I got panicked because your body releases cortisol, a hormone that fights for or responds to the danger or stress. Unnecessary stress isn’t good for our health because it had negative impact on our mental and physical health”
