Pakistan’s second home Test against Australia at the National Stadium Karachi was one of the greatest games in the longest format, as the Green Shirts managed to end the match in an unbelievable draw despite many hurdles.
Skipper Babar Azam and Abdullah Shafique played a monumental inning with a 228-run third-wicket stand which was defined as an epic partnership as they stood firm for more than 85 overs.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) took to its official Twitter handle and shared some glimpses of the record-breaking stand between the two.
“Watch the 228-run second innings partnership for the third-wicket between Babar Azam and Abdullah that helped Pakistan draw the second PAK v AUS Test,” the tweet read.
