The third edition of the Lanka Premier League (LPL) will begin on July 31 and will conclude on August 21, Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) announced.
It will be a 5-team tournament that will be staged in Colombo and Hambantota.
After the success of the ongoing Australia tour despite the political upheaval, the board has planned its best domestic T20 event.
The 2022 LPL Draft was held on July 5 and featured a total of 353 players, including 173 Sri Lankan First Class, International, and Ex-International players and 180 foreign players.
