Pak vs Eng: Pakistan’s cricket squad will start training today
Pak vs Eng: In preparation for the home Twenty20 International series against England, Pakistan’s national cricket team will begin practicing at the National Stadium Karachi today (Saturday).
On September 20 in Karachi, the historic seven-match T20I series will begin. In Lahore, the series will come to an end on October 2.
In preparation for the home series, the national team arrived in Karachi today. Late on Friday, the players and the support crew arrived at the hotel.
Muhammad Rizwan, a wicketkeeper-batsman, and Shahid Aslam, an assistant head coach, will join the team on September 17, according to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
The first-time T20I call-up, batsman Shan Masood, will address the media at the stadium prior to the home team’s training session.
The England team practiced for three hours on Friday before their first away series in Pakistan in 17 years. Today’s practice will be continued by the visitors.
Before beginning their run at the Twenty20 World Cup on October 16, Pakistan will also play a practice match against England on October 17.
