For this year’s 50-over mega-event in India, the former coach has promised PCB that he will travel with the team. He will continue to serve as a full-time coach for Derbyshire County Cricket Club in the interim.

Arthur’s contract will be a first because the management team of the PCB, led by Najam Sethi, wants to hire him because of his track record with the national squad.
