In the ninth game of the eighth season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), James Neesham and Rovman Powell saved Peshawar Zalmi from Mohammad Hasnain’s early ball damage.

After being given the opportunity to bat first, Quetta Gladiators lost three wickets for just 37 runs in nine overs.

Sarfaraz Ahmed and Iftikhar Ahmed teamed together to make use of their combined experience and score 74 runs off 50 balls, despite Sarfaraz’s dismissal in the 17th over. Usman Qadir took two wickets for Zalmi.
