Pakistan’s left-arm pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi has achieved the fourth position in the newest bowling rankings of both Test and One-Day International cricket, as released by the International Cricket Council (ICC) on Wednesday.

Shaheen has risen from fifth to fourth in the most recent ICC Test rankings, while New Zealand bowler Kyle Jamieson has fallen from third to sixth after a forgettable series with the ball.
Shaheen now holds the fourth position in the Test rankings, with 827 rating points, after Jamieson’s ratings dropped to 796, allowing him to ascend.
Pat Cummins of Australia stayed at the top of the Test bowlers’ rankings, followed by Ravichandran Ashwin of India and the newly promoted pacer Jasprit Bumrah.
In ODIs, though, Shaheen moved two positions to achieve a career-high fourth position with 681 rating points.

Trent Boult of New Zealand has maintained the top position, while Josh Hazlewood of Australia has moved up to second.
