The ex-wife of Prime Minister Imran Khan never leaves an opportunity to troll him. Recently, Reham Khan dragged PM’s name while replying to a tweet from a Pakistani journalist.
The journalist had asked about how the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pakistan’s largest Cancer hospital has been appointed as a Special Advisor to the Prime Minister for Health.
To which Reham replied,

Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain, who has trolled Reham before, replied her with the most savage tweet ever. He tweeted,

As the matter started to heat-up, famous host Waqar Zaka jumped in between the conversation and wrote,
