Francesco LoPresti, a TikTok celebrity, died at the age of 24: Girlfriend rejoices in a ‘genuine love tale’

Francesco LoPresti, a TikTok celebrity, died at the age of 24 after a seven-year struggle with testicular cancer.

The well-known content producer, who had over 700,000 followers, died on Monday, March 21, after entering hospice care.

LoPresti’s longterm girlfriend, fellow TikTok star Kaitlin Reagan, broke the devastating news on Wednesday, paying heartfelt homage to her lover on the social media platform.

“It was really hard to make this video,” Reagan told her 3 million followers. “That’s why it’s been a while since — I know it’s been a week since he hasn’t been here. But you guys deserve to know he loved you guys so much, and he loved everything that you guys did for him and just watching our videos and standing with us. And I thank you for that.”

“I love you unconditionally and I feel so crushed,” the 23-year-old brunette said in the post. It’s always going to be you and me vs the rest of the world. Thank you for telling such a touching love tale.”

According to the couple’s website, LoPresti and Reagan began dating in 2013, two years before LoPresti was diagnosed with stage 3B testicular cancer at the age of 17.

After that, the cancer “metastasized into several tumours encircling his lymph nodes, neck, liver, spinal cord, and right hip.”

However, the pair rose to prominence on TikTok, gaining millions of admirers who followed their love story as well as LoPresti’s illness fight.

LoPresti, who is normally active on TikTok, only posted two videos this year, both of which showed him looking pale and emaciated.

In his farewell video, which was posted on February 18, he was seen wearing a beanie to cover up his hair loss after chemotherapy treatments.

Reagan informed her followers that LoPresti’s health had deteriorated early this month and that he had been admitted to a hospice.

Reagan featured in another TikTok video alongside LoPresti’s parents on March 17, only four days before his death, begging followers to pray for her severely ill partner.

The news of LoPresti’s sudden death has left fans distraught, with many going to the comments area beneath Reagan’s most recent video to express their grief.

“I was hoping that this video would never be released. “I’m really sorry,” one heartbroken spectator remarked.

“We will not forget him,” said another. “We love you both, and our hearts go out to you.” Francesco will always be there for you.”

Reagan, who grew up in Brooklyn, had previously participated on the reality show “Paradise Hotel.”
