Watch: Python discovered behind refrigerator gone viral
A video of a stunning snake was recently posted to Facebook by the non-profit organization Liberty Humane Society. The reptile was saved from an apartment on the 29th floor of a building, and it is currently residing at the shelter, according to the caption.
“‘Banana’, this beautiful piebald ball python morph, is not a threat, but we guess to some people a surprise snake can seem like an emergency! ‘Banana’ came to LHS today after a resident found them behind their refrigerator, panicked, and someone called JCPD. Did we mention their apartment was in the Newport district, on the 29th floor?” the group continued.
The next few lines provided more information about the snake and revealed their search for a “forever home” for the reptile. “This is a domestic, socialized snake that was probably a pet that escaped. If you know where “Banana” belongs or have any information, kindly contact the shelter. “Banana” will be up for adoption after their seven-day stray hold, so if you’re interested in rescue placement or adoption, please fill out an application on our website,” they added.
A day ago, the video was published. The video has received a few comments since it was shared.
