Rain-wind/thundershowers to hit Islamabad & upper areas today

More rain-wind/thundershowers are expected in Islamabad, Upper/Central Punjab, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan on Wednesday. 

While, heavy falls are also likely to occur in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Kashmir. Hot and dry weather is expected in Sindh and Balochistan.

According to the met department, monsoon currents from Bay of Bangal are likely to reach upper parts of the country during next 12-18 hours. A westerly wave is also present over northwestern parts of the country.

More rain-wind/thundershowers are expected in Islamabad, Upper/Central Punjab, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan on Thursday. While, heavy falls are also likely to occur in northeastern Punjab and Kashmir. Hot and dry weather is expected in Sindh and Balochistan.
