Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky criticized Russia’s attack on a maternity unit that killed a newborn.

After the rocket strike, the child’s mother and a doctor were rescued from the hospital in Vilnyansk, Zaporizhzhia area.

Zelensky claimed Russia continues to attack citizens and civilian objects.

“The adversary is trying to achieve through terror and murder what he couldn’t for nine months and won’t. Instead, he’ll be held responsible for all the harm he caused.”

Kiev controls Vilnyansk. In contravention of international law, Russia occupies parts of Zaporizhzhia.
