A Russian missile struck a residential building in Dnipro, killing at least five people, according to the governor of the area.
Six children were among the 27 injured, according to Valentyn Reznichenko’s Telegram post, and they are all receiving medical attention in a hospital.

The deputy head of the Ukrainian presidential office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, reports that 15 persons have been pulled from the wreckage of the nine-story apartment building in the eastern city.
He adds that the strike harmed at least 10 persons, two of whom were children.
