These tanks can help Ukraine prevail, says NATO chief

• NATO Secretary General says the tanks will aid Ukraine in winning the war.
• Scholz says relations between Germany and the US are better than before.
• Adding that US President Joe Biden is a good partner.

In response to the German decision, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg stated that the tanks will aid Ukraine in winning the war.

Scholz says relations between Germany and the US are better than they’ve been in a “very, very long time”.

He adds that US President Joe Biden “is a president who is a really good partner”.
