A third adolescent has been charged with the murder of two boys who were stabbed to death in south-east London, one mile apart from each other.
On Saturday, November 26, Kearne Solanke, age 16, was discovered injured at Titmuss Avenue in the neighborhood of Thamesmead.
On the same day, another missing person, identified as 16-year-old Charlie Bartolo, was found on Sewell Road in Abbey Wood.
Hussain Bah, 18, from south-east London was taken into custody on Friday and will be charged with the murders when he appears in court later. The case will be heard in the Bromley Magistrates’ Court.
The police had stated in the past that there was a connection between the killings. At approximately 17:10 local time, officers from the Metropolitan Police were dispatched after receiving allegations that persons had been hurt in two different locations.
On Friday, other juveniles, ages 15 and 16, appeared before the Bexley Magistrates’ Court on charges that they, too, were responsible for the deaths of the two boys.
Both of them have been remanded in custody, and their next court appearance is scheduled for December 6 at the Old Bailey.
