Sara Ali Khan says she aspires to be ‘1/10th’ of Sharmila Tagore
On Thursday, veteran actor Sharmila Tagore celebrated her 78th birthday. Actress Sara Ali Khan sent her birthday wishes. Sara created a photo collage of Sharmila Tagore and herself on her Instagram Stories.
A baby Sara was seen in one scene chewing on a woolen cloth and gazing at a person behind the camera. Sharmila also turned to face the subject in the unposed photo and grinned. In the other image, Sara and Sharmila were seen posing for the camera recently.
Sharing the picture, Sara captioned the post, “Happiest Birthday my dearest Badi Amma (red heart emoji). Thank you for being our rock solid pillar of support. I love you so much (hug emojis). And I truly aspire to be 1/10th the woman you are. She also added the hashtags–grace, beauty, and intelligence. She also added the song Chanda Hai Tu Mera Suraj Hai Tu as the background music from Sharmila’s film Aradhana.
Saba Ali Khan, Sharmila’s daughter, also dedicated a tribute to her mother. She shared a video collage with her family members, including Kareena Kapoor, Ibrahim Ali Khan, Sara, and her father Mansoor Ali Khan, brother Saif Ali Khan, sister Soha Ali Kha, on Instagram.
