Viral: A blind 17-year-old girl scored a goal at the basketball game

A crowd of spectators went completely silent as a blind girl attempted to shoot a goal on a basketball court in an absolutely pure video that has been making the rounds on the internet. The incident occurred at Zeeland East High School in the United States, and the video has gone viral.

The video was first shared on TikTok and quickly spread throughout social media. Jules Hoogland, a 17-year-old girl, can be seen ready to hurl a basketball into the hoop in the brief video. A woman tapped the basketball hoop frame with a huge stick to help Jules hear where to throw, and the crowd became silent. Jules shot and scored a goal like a pro seconds later, as the crowd erupted in applause.

Jules, according to the media, has scored a goal in every game this season.

According to Jules told the media, “I was really nervous because all these people were staring at me. Luckily, I couldn’t see them staring at me.”
