Priyanka Chopra Jonas may not be presenting at the Oscars in 2022, but she is still working with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. To co-host a pre-awards event with Mindy Kaling and Kumail Nanjiani, among others. Riz Ahmed and Gulistan Mirzaei will be among the VIP guests at the pre-Oscars dinner.
According to the official resource, the Oscars 2022 will be held on March 23 in Beverly Hills, California. Where Chopra will be joined by other amazing talents at the unique event to discuss South Asian film brilliance. Which includes Mindy Kaling, Kumail Nanjiani, Anjula Acharia, Bela Bajaria, Maneesh K. Goya, and Shruti Ganguly.

Rintu Thomas, Sushmit Ghosh, and Anurima Bhargava, the writers and producers of the Indian documentary Writing With Fire, are among the special guests for the evening.
Suroosh Alvi, Choyning Dorji, Joseph Patel, Aneil Karia, Elizabeth Mirzaei, and Gulistan Mirzaei have all been announced as special guests for the event. Priyanka Chopra has been vocal about the lack of South Asian representation in Hollywood films. As well as her own problems to secure roles that aren’t stereotyped.
