Preity Zinta discloses why she has not been working in films

Bollywood actress Preity Zinta moved to the US after her marriage and has not been seen on the big screen since a long time.

In a recent interview, Preity Zinta spoke about why she has steered clear from the Bollywood industry, saying she has no regrets about not being on the big screen in Bollywood. She believes in making space for oneself in the industry through their work instead of trying different tactics for personal promotion.

It may be recalled that Preity Zinta, who made her debut in the year 2000, is one of the best actresses in Bollywood and she last appeared in the film ‘Bhaiaji Superhit’ in 2018 after a long hiatus.

Preity Zinta, recently initiated gardening at her home as a hobby. She has come up with the idea of what to do with the fresh produce from ghar ki kheti. Just one day after a three-week lockdown was placed in Los Angeles, Preity announced that she had been busy gardening and that she had lemonade and nimbu ka achaar on the menu this time.

She took to her Instagram and uploaded a picture which reads, “Back to my ghar ki kheti. Now that Los Angeles is in a three-week lockdown, I’m loving getting back to gardening and being one with nature. It’s my way of staying positive, appreciating the simpler things in life, and connecting with the earth because when life gives you lemons, it’s time to make lemonade and nimbo ka achaar.”
